在工作经验方面,行业内既有刚毕业的应届生,也有经验丰富的资深设计师。应届生带着新的理念与创意进入行业,为市场注入新鲜血液,他们通常薪资在 3 – 30K 不等。而拥有 3 – 5 年甚至 5 – 10 年工作经验的设计师,凭借对市场的深入理解、对设计流程的熟练掌握,成为行业的中流砥柱,薪资水平在 7 – 15K 甚至更高。像在南山区、宝安区等工业设计集中区域,这些经验丰富的设计师能够精准把握市场需求,主导完成了众多知名企业的产品设计项目,推动了深圳工业设计在智能硬件、医疗设备、新能源汽车等领域不断创新。
从薪资待遇来看,深圳工业设计从业人员整体收入较为可观,43.9% 的岗位月薪在 10 – 20K,年薪达 12 – 24W,2024 年较 2023 年增长了 6%,高于深圳平均工资水平,这也体现出行业对人才价值的认可。然而,行业也存在一些问题,如设计人才与市场需求的匹配度有待提高,部分设计公司短平快的服务模式,影响了设计人才对高质量项目的参与度与创造力发挥。但总体而言,深圳工业设计从业人员凭借其规模、素质与活力,持续推动着深圳在全球工业设计领域保持领先地位 。

Analysis of practitioners in the current situation of industrial design in Shenzhen
NINEIDEA: As the first “Design Capital” in China, Shenzhen’s industrial design industry is flourishing, and the scale and quality of its employees are showing distinct characteristics. At present, there are over 150000 industrial designers and practitioners in Shenzhen, forming a large and dynamic talent cluster, providing strong human resources support for Shenzhen’s industrial design to move from “Made in China” to “Created in China”.
From the perspective of educational structure, the proportion of industrial design professionals with a bachelor’s degree or above, technician (senior technician) professional qualifications, and senior professional technical titles should not be less than 60%. Numerous universities provide design talents for Shenzhen. Shenzhen University, Southern University of Science and Technology, and other institutions have offered cutting-edge industrial design courses, which comprehensively cultivate students’ innovative thinking and design abilities from theoretical knowledge to practical operation. From the perspective of salary and benefits, the overall income of industrial design practitioners in Shenzhen is quite considerable, with 43.9% of positions earning a monthly salary of 10-20K and an annual salary of 12-24WD. This represents a 6% increase from 2023 to 2024, which is higher than the average salary level in Shenzhen. This also reflects the industry’s recognition of the value of talent.
However, there are also some problems in the industry, such as the need to improve the matching between design talents and market demand, and the short and fast service model of some design companies, which affects the participation and creativity of design talents in high-quality projects.
