NINEIDEA: When the natural flexibility meets the ingenious design, this amazing bionic flying fish chair was born. The first chair work of Designarium breaks the single form of traditional creative biomimetic industrial design, with the ingenious idea of “one chair, multiple fish”, and interprets the various postures of ocean spirits in folding and opening.
The design of the flying fish chair is like an exquisite visual magic. By cleverly folding the structure, every time an angle is adjusted, the chair body presents a completely different fish shaped contour – sometimes stretching the tail fin, like a flying fish breaking out of the water, leaping with tension about to glide;
At times, the streamline is narrowed, transforming into an elegant silhouette of deep-sea fish swimming, with a subtle rhythm hidden in the tranquility. The smooth and sharp curves run through the entire process, like the trajectory of a fish shuttling through the waves. It has both the courage to cut through the water surface and the softness to sway with the waves. Every turning point accurately replicates the aesthetic code of biological dynamics.
The choice of material endows the flying fish chair with a natural temperament that returns to simplicity.
