一、设计理念:从港口生态到生活场景的转译
Harbor 051 的设计核心是 “将工业港口的高效秩序注入日常储物场景”。设计师并非简单复刻釜山港的视觉符号,而是提炼其 “动态平衡” 与 “空间集约” 的本质:
- 生态逻辑转译:釜山港作为全球物流枢纽,集装箱的 “堆叠 – 移动 – 重组” 形成了高效的空间利用闭环 —— 这一逻辑被直接转化为手推车的 “模块堆叠 – 旋转取用 – 紧凑收纳” 功能链,让家居储物像港口物流一样灵活高效。
- 视觉语言提炼:港口的 “硬工业美学” 被柔化处理:集装箱的方正轮廓转化为圆润边角的储物模块,起重机的摆动轨迹抽象为模块的 360° 旋转机制,港口的金属质感则通过哑光材质与中性色调呈现,既保留工业基因,又适配家居氛围。
- 情感价值赋予:通过模拟港口 “有序运动” 的画面感,让用户在使用时感受到 “掌控空间” 的愉悦 —— 如同港口调度员般,轻松重组储物模块,化解小户型空间的杂乱焦虑。



二、形态与结构设计:模块化与旋转机制的创新融合
1. 模块化形态:集装箱的微缩与适配
- 模块设计:四个储物箱均采用 “迷你集装箱” 的几何形态 —— 正方体轮廓、垂直立面、顶部开放式设计,既呼应灵感来源,又最大化储物容积(单模块尺寸约 25cm×25cm×25cm,适配书籍、零食、办公用品等常见物品)。
- 堆叠逻辑:模块顶部与底部设有隐形卡扣结构,堆叠时自动定位,形成稳定的 “储物塔”,避免倾倒;卡扣的阻尼感经过反复调试,既保证堆叠牢固,又能轻松拆分单个模块。
- 比例把控:模块与底座的高度比为 3:1(总高约 90cm),堆叠后重心集中于底座中心,配合底座的加宽设计(直径约 30cm),确保旋转时的稳定性,避免侧翻。
2. 旋转结构:起重机摆动的功能化演绎
- 中心轴系统:四个模块串联于一根高强度铝合金中心轴,轴体采用 “分段式阻尼设计”—— 每段对应一个模块,可独立旋转 180°,且能在任意角度定位(阻尼力度为 0.8N・m,既防止误触滑动,又能轻松推动)。
- 底座与移动设计:底座采用圆形 ABS 工程塑料材质,底部嵌入四个静音万向轮(直径 5cm,带刹车功能),既呼应港口起重机的 “移动底座”,又满足家居场景的灵活移动需求 —— 推动时噪音≤30dB,适配木地板、地毯等多种地面材质。
- 空间适配优化:当模块完全堆叠时,整体占地面积仅为 0.09㎡(约一张 A4 纸大小),可轻松穿梭于狭窄走廊(宽度≥60cm);侧向旋转时,模块展开幅度控制在 40cm 内,不超出沙发或桌面边缘,实现 “零地面占用” 取用。



三、功能与人机工程:以 “移动 – 取用” 为核心的体验优化
1. 储物功能的场景化适配
- 分区设计:每个模块内部可根据需求加装可拆卸隔板(默认分为两格),适配不同尺寸物品 —— 书籍、笔记本电脑(13 寸以下)可竖放,零食、遥控器等小物件可分类收纳,模块顶部边缘设有防滑条,防止物品滑落。
- 取用逻辑:针对 “坐姿取用” 场景(沙发、书桌前),模块旋转角度可精准停留在 60°-90°,用户无需弯腰或起身,伸手即可触及内部物品;针对 “站立收纳” 场景(走廊、墙角),堆叠后的塔状形态可作为临时置物架,顶部模块可放置常用物品。
2. 人机交互的细节打磨
- 操作手感:模块侧面设有隐形凹槽(宽度 3cm,深度 1cm),作为旋转时的握持点,凹槽边缘做圆角处理(半径 0.5cm),避免硌手;中心轴顶部设有防尘盖,兼具装饰性与实用性。
- 重量控制:单个模块净重≤1.2kg,整体重量≤5kg,女性或儿童也能轻松推动;模块材质选用食品级 PP 塑料,无毒无味,表面做磨砂处理,防刮擦且易清洁。



四、材质与工艺:兼顾耐用性与美学表达
- 主体材质:储物模块采用高强度 PP 工程塑料,抗冲击性强(可承受 1.5m 高度跌落不破损),耐温范围 – 10℃-60℃,适配室内外多种环境;中心轴选用 6061 铝合金,经过阳极氧化处理,防锈且质感细腻。
- 工艺细节:模块边角采用 “软质包边” 工艺(TPR 材质),避免碰撞损伤;万向轮轮面采用 PU 材质,与地面接触面积大,既防滑又保护地板;模块拼接处采用 “无缝注塑” 技术,缝隙≤0.3mm,防止灰尘堆积。
- 色彩体系:延续港口工业风,推出三款核心配色:
- 深海蓝(呼应集装箱原色):适配现代简约、工业风家居;
- 雾面灰(模拟港口水泥地面):适配北欧、极简风格;
- 原木色(中和工业感):适配日式、自然风家居;
所有配色均采用哑光喷涂,避免反光刺眼,提升家居融合度。



五、设计价值:重新定义小户型储物的 “空间效率美学”
Harbor 051 的设计突破了传统储物手推车 “固定形态” 的局限,通过 “模块化 + 旋转机制”,解决了小户型 “空间不足” 与 “取用不便” 的核心痛点:
- 空间效率:堆叠时占用空间仅为传统手推车的 1/3,旋转展开时不额外占用地面,完美适配 10-50㎡的小户型、公寓、办公室等场景;
- 使用场景延伸:既可用作客厅的零食饮料架、书房的书籍收纳车、卧室的衣物整理架,也可作为办公室的文件资料车,实现 “一物多用”;

NINEIDEA: Harbor 051 is a storage trolley. Its design inspiration comes from Busan Port, a place built entirely around movement and stacking, where containers keep moving and cranes keep swinging, forming a harmonious picture. This handcart consists of four container like boxes stacked on a wheeled base, each box can rotate around a central axis. You can arrange them in a compact tower shape next to narrow corridors or tables. 1、 Design Concept: Translation from Port Ecology to Living Scenarios
The core design of Harbor 051 is to inject the efficient order of industrial ports into daily storage scenarios. Designers are not simply replicating the visual symbols of Busan Port, but extracting its essence of “dynamic balance” and “spatial intensification”:
- Ecological logic translation: As a global logistics hub, Busan Port has formed an efficient spatial utilization loop through the “stacking moving restructuring” of containers – this logic is directly transformed into the “module stacking rotating retrieval compact storage” functional chain of handcarts, making home storage flexible and efficient like port logistics.
- Visual language refinement: The “hard industrial aesthetics” of the port are softened: the square outline of the container is transformed into rounded storage modules, the swing trajectory of the crane is abstracted as the 360 ° rotation mechanism of the module, and the metallic texture of the port is presented through matte materials and neutral tones, retaining the industrial genes while adapting to the home atmosphere.
- Emotional value endowing: By simulating the visual sense of “orderly movement” in the port, users can feel the pleasure of “controlling the space” when using it – like a port dispatcher, easily reorganizing storage modules and resolving the chaotic anxiety of small-sized spaces.
2、 Form and Structure Design: Innovative Integration of Modularity and Rotation Mechanism
- Modular form: miniaturization and adaptation of containers
- Module design: All four storage boxes adopt the geometric shape of a “mini container” – a cube outline, a vertical facade, and an open top design, which not only echoes the inspiration source but also maximizes storage capacity (the size of a single module is about 25cm × 25cm × 25cm, suitable for common items such as books, snacks, and office supplies).
- Stacking logic: The top and bottom of the module are equipped with invisible buckle structures, which automatically locate during stacking, forming a stable “storage tower” to avoid tipping over; The damping sensation of the buckle has been repeatedly adjusted to ensure firm stacking and easy disassembly of individual modules.
- Proportional control: The height ratio between the module and the base is 3:1 (with a total height of about 90cm). After stacking, the center of gravity is concentrated at the center of the base, and with the widened design of the base (with a diameter of about 30cm), it ensures stability during rotation and avoids tipping over.
- Rotating Structure: Functional Interpretation of Crane Swing
- Central axis system: Four modules are connected in series on a high-strength aluminum alloy central axis, and the shaft adopts a “segmented damping design” – each segment corresponds to a module, which can independently rotate 180 ° and be positioned at any angle (damping force of 0.8N · m, which not only prevents accidental sliding but also easily pushes).
- Base and Mobile Design: The base is made of circular ABS engineering plastic material, with four silent universal wheels (diameter 5cm, with brake function) embedded at the bottom, which not only echoes the “mobile base” of port cranes, but also meets the flexible movement needs of home scenes – the noise during pushing is ≤ 30dB, suitable for various ground materials such as wooden floors and carpets.
- Space adaptation optimization: When the modules are fully stacked, the overall footprint is only 0.09 square meters (about the size of an A4 paper), making it easy to shuttle through narrow corridors (width ≥ 60cm); When rotating laterally, the module deployment amplitude is controlled within 40cm, not exceeding the edge of the sofa or desktop, achieving “zero ground occupation” access.

- Partition design: Each module can be equipped with detachable partitions (default divided into two compartments) according to needs, suitable for different sizes of items – books, laptops (under 13 inches) can be placed vertically, snacks, remote controls and other small items can be classified and stored. The top edge of the module is equipped with anti slip strips to prevent items from slipping off.
- Access logic: For the “sitting access” scenario (sofa, desk front), the module rotation angle can accurately stay between 60 ° -90 °, and users do not need to bend down or stand up to reach for internal items; For the “standing storage” scenario (corridor, wall corner), the stacked tower shaped form can be used as a temporary storage rack, and the top module can hold commonly used items.
- Polishing the details of human-computer interaction
- Operating feel: The module is equipped with an invisible groove on the side (width 3cm, depth 1cm) as a grip point during rotation. The edge of the groove is rounded (radius 0.5cm) to avoid hurting the hands; The top of the central axis is equipped with a dust cover, which combines decoration and practicality.
- Weight control: The net weight of a single module is ≤ 1.2kg, and the overall weight is ≤ 5kg. Women or children can easily push it; The module material is made of food grade PP plastic, which is non-toxic and odorless. The surface is treated with a frosted finish, which is scratch resistant and easy to clean.
4、 Material and Craftsmanship: Balancing Durability and Aesthetic Expression
- Main material: The storage module is made of high-strength PP engineering plastic, which has strong impact resistance (can withstand a drop from a height of 1.5m without damage), a temperature range of -10 ℃ -60 ℃, and is suitable for various indoor and outdoor environments; The central axis is made of 6061 aluminum alloy, which has undergone anodizing treatment to prevent rust and has a delicate texture.
- Process details: The module corners are made of “soft edge wrapping” technology (TPR material) to avoid collision damage; The surface of the universal wheel is made of PU material, which has a large contact area with the ground, providing both anti slip and floor protection; The module splicing adopts “seamless injection molding” technology, with a gap of ≤ 0.3mm to prevent dust accumulation.
- Color system: Continuing the industrial style of the port, three core color schemes are launched:
- Deep sea blue (echoing the original color of containers): suitable for modern minimalist, industrial style homes;
- Foggy gray (simulating port cement flooring): suitable for Nordic and minimalist styles;
- Natural wood color (with a neutral industrial feel): suitable for Japanese and natural style home decor;
All color schemes are matte sprayed to avoid glare and enhance home integration.
5、 Design Value: Redefining the “Space Efficiency Aesthetics” of Small Unit Storage
The design of Harbor 051 breaks through the limitations of the traditional storage trolley’s “fixed form” and solves the core pain points of “insufficient space” and “inconvenient access” in small apartments through “modularization+rotation mechanism”:
- Space efficiency: When stacked, it occupies only one-third of the space of traditional hand carts, and when rotated and unfolded, it does not occupy additional ground, perfectly adapting to small apartments, offices, and other scenarios of 10-50 square meters;
- Extension of usage scenarios: It can be used as a snack and beverage rack in the living room, a book storage cart in the study, a clothing sorting rack in the bedroom, or as a document and information cart in the office, achieving “one item for multiple uses”;
